Booking & trade-in forms
Name, email, phone, device brand/model/storage, repair issue or condition, damage description, budget or desired price, and preferred booking date/time.
Last updated: July 13, 2026. This page explains what information AriaJet collects through the repair booking and sell-your-phone forms, how it's used, and how to contact us about it.
Name, email, phone, device brand/model/storage, repair issue or condition, damage description, budget or desired price, and preferred booking date/time.
Both forms let you select photos of your device (front, back, sides, damage). These photos are only used locally in your browser to build a preview and a reminder in your email draft — they are not uploaded or transmitted anywhere by this website.
This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party ad tech. Nothing is collected beyond what you type or select in the visible form fields.
This is a static website with no database or server backend. Submitting either form assembles your typed details locally in your browser and hands them to your own email client via a mailto: link. Any photo you select is used only to show you a preview on the page — the form reminds you to manually attach that same photo to the email before sending, since a plain mailto: link cannot attach files on your behalf. AriaJet's servers never receive or store a copy of your form submission or your photos at any point in that process.
Once you send the email your client prepares, the information is used solely to understand your device and reply with a repair estimate or purchase offer.
AriaJet does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Because submissions are sent directly from your device to our inbox via your own email provider, retention of that message is governed by your email provider's and our inbox provider's normal mail-retention practices, not by a database we control.
To ask what information AriaJet holds about you, request deletion of a prior email submission, or ask any other privacy question, contact repair@ariajet.site. Never send payment card numbers or government ID documents through either form or by email.
If AriaJet's data practices change — for example, if a transactional form backend or analytics tool is added in the future — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
